2. Charity
No individual shall benefit from food bank resources or supplies unless these are not able to be utilized by the charity. We are stewards of the generosity shared with us.
3. Confidentiality
4. Honesty
We must be transparent in our marketing, advertising, and communication with our community and supporting public. Truthfulness and accountability are core to who we are.
5. Customer Service
6. A Welcoming Community
We understand that it is challenging for community members to seek assistance. We are deeply committed to creating a warm, judgment-free environment where everyone is welcomed and valued. Patience and compassion are essential when engaging with individuals facing challenges. Inspired by Christ’s example of unconditional love, we aim to ensure every person leaves feeling supported, respected, and better than when they arrived.
